Fellows Program - Educating the International Transplant Community
|
Throughout MNIT's history, its emphasis on education has been a foundation to its mission. MNIT developed its Transplantation Fellows Program in 1978 to train Physicians in the evolving and growing science of transplantation. After graduating from this Program, many of these Transplant Fellows went on to their native countries to build and to grow their national transplantation programs. This education program has trained Fellows who have established and helped build transplantation programs in Brazil, Saudi ARabia, Turkey, Spain, Armenia, and Italy. Additionally, this program has graduated its Fellows to some of the most prestigious transplant programs in the United States. This education program is one that MNIT and its supporters can be very proud. A selected list of these Transplant Fellows is below;
